Life Story for Antonietta Stranges

STRANGES, Antonietta – After a courageous battle with cancer, Antonietta passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday July 5, 2017 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 69. Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe (2015). Loving mother of Frank (Donna), Tony, Johnny (Lisa) and Teresa (Jan) Stransky. Cherished nanna of Julia, Jenna, Felicia, Jonathan and Dominik. Dear sister of the late Maria (the late Pietro) Stranges, Rosina (Pasquale) Stranges, Angelina (Antonio) Stranges, the late Antonio (Rosa) Stranges, Bernando (Giovanna) Stranges and Lina (Giuseppe) Stranges. Dear sister-in-law of Cristina (the late Michele) Vescio, Parma (the late Gennaro) Isabella, Fiore (Teresa) Stranges and Angelina (Pietro) Stranges. Adored by her nephew Pino Renda. Lovingly remembered by family in Canada, Argentina, Australia and Italy. Predeceased by her parents Giuseppe and Teresa Stranges. Antonietta was the proud owner of Portage Flowers and Boutique.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church. Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum. In memory of Antonietta, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the MS Society would be appreciated.
